Tickets have to be bought 2 times, because in addition they are displayed 40 minutes after purchase. And letters to the support service are ignored.

Jedna kolegyně pravidelně se dává u řidiče hned ve předu najednou jsem zaslechla něco že říká řidič kolegyni a ta šla k nám do zadu ptala sem se jí a, jen řekla že se nebude hádat ale že ji řekl ať jde do zadu sednout. V sobotu jsme jely jen dvě a se dáme do předu ať večer vidíme na cestu a opět pan milí řidič něco zavrčel a kolegyně říká nech to tak, já, se chtěla slušně zeptat v čem je problém ale dobře nechali jsme to tak. Mám koupenou jízdenku na celý rok a nemůžu si sednout tam kam potřebují a je volno? A že se vozí bezdomovci bez jízdenky a znečišťují hromadnou dopravu to nevadí? On Friday we go 3 colleagues with the afternoon bus number 21 which goes 22.20 in the direction of the main station. One colleague regularly gives herself to the driver right in front of me. There were only two of us on Saturday and we would go ahead so that we could see the road in the evening and again the nice driver growled something and my colleague says leave it at that, I wanted to ask politely what the problem was but we left it at that. I have bought a ticket for the whole year and I can't sit where they need and it's free? And that homeless people drive without a ticket and pollute public transport doesn't mind?
M	Marie Pajerová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Řidička autobusu mě odmítla přepravit s kočárkem s 3mesicnim synem, že prý už má plno (1 vozík a 1 kočárek). Místo tam bylo, takže chyběla pouze ridiccina dobrá vůle, běžně ostatní řidiči vezmou i 3 kočárky... Bohužel jsem potřebovala jet od Botanické zahrady na Náměstí Hrdinů a tam stihnout navazující tramvaj jedoucí až ke Kovárne... Kvůli tomu, že mě řidička odmítla přepravit, jsem byla nucena jít v mrazu celou cestu pěšky s hladovým synem v kočárku protože čekat na další (nejistý????) spoj by mě vyšlo stejně... Pěkně děkuji za vaše "skvělé" služby!!!!! A to nemluvím o tom, že měla řidička 8 minut zpoždění... The bus driver refused to transport me with a pram with her 3-month-old son, saying that she was already full (1 cart and 1 pram). The place was there, so only the driver's goodwill was missing, usually the other drivers will take 3 prams ... Unfortunately, I needed to go from the Botanical Garden to Náměstí Hrdinů and catch the connecting tram going to Kovárna ... Because the driver refused me transport, I was forced to go in the cold all the way on foot with a hungry son in the stroller because waiting for the next (insecure ????) connection would work out for me as well ... Thank you very much for your "great" service !!!!! And I'm not talking about the fact that the driver was 8 minutes late ...
