Terrible travel, bus without climate, without windows. I did not travel on a worse connection. I do not recommend at all Have your climate repaired

In August we had a one-day trip to Croatia (Premantura) with ČSAD Tišnov. At the beginning was the date 26.08. Then it was canceled due to vacancy and was postponed to 28 - 30.08 Boarding places - various cities throughout the Czech Republic. My son and I live in Prague and therefore we ordered a departure from Prague for an additional fee of CZK 300 / person. After payment, signing the contract (they made a mistake in the surname at the beginning) and communication with the company, we were told to wait for more detailed information regarding the place and time of departure. But then nothing. When I did not receive any e-mail on the day of departure, I became nervous and in the morning I called the company's phone number and stated that I did not know what time it was and where the bus was leaving from Prague. Mr. replied that he was not in the office and would send it. Mail was sent at 12.50 !!! I read it at 13.57 !!! and the bus leaves from Opatov at 14.00 which in 3 minutes !!!! I called the company's phone number. Mr. Michael Juračka apologized, admitted that they had forgotten about us and did not send the information in time, and offered to quickly jump on the express train to Brno to catch the bus there. He admitted that it was missing from the company and said that the surcharge of 300 + 300 CZK will be returned to my account. My son was looking forward to swimming, so I didn't want to interrupt the trip. We managed to catch the bus, but it would be a real marathon and because of that the bus set off from Brno 40 minutes later. Upon arrival, I did not receive any promised money and no response to the mail. I do not recommend!
