★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Státy ve státě. Celý komplex neskutečným způsobem a z každé strany hyzdí panorama. Nedokončená infrstruktura z každé strany, která tak dává zabrat všem městům a obcím v okolí. Dobrá myšlenka ohledně zaměstnání pro celý region, která se zvrhla ve shánění pracovní síly, protože asi nikomu nedošlo, že počet továren začíná pomalu přerůstat počet obyvatel celého regionu. Takže se bere vše a odkukoli. Čímž opět trpí všechna přilehlá města, neboť nájemní byty se pomalu přeměňují v ubytovny které se stávají zdrojem nezdaněných příjmů pro různé rádoby pracovní agentury a ubytovatele(pronajímatele). Ten kdo tohle dopustil, slušně si vydělal, sobě i kamarádům, by měl pomalu přemýšlet co prázdnýma halama, až se výroba začne přesouvat za levnější pracovní silou na víchod. Nebo celý automotive zpomalý výrobu z důvodu přesycení trhu.
