Z	Zdeněk Svoboda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ od firmy jsme pořídili 4 vrata, jejich montážní firma 2 vrata namontovala tak, že máme neustálé problémy, když jsme si vyžádali jejich vlastní servis, naúčtovali nám plnou cenu a při snaze to vysvětlit a řešit, byla jediná komunikace výzva k platbě, doporučuji! we got 4 gates from the company, their installer 2 mounted the gates in such a way that we were in constant trouble when we asked for their own service, charged us the full price, and when trying to explain and solve it, the only communication was a call for payment, I recommend!
J	Jana Losová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firmu Trido doporučuji jen napůl. Nechali jsme si dělat sekční i křídlová vrata a nainstalovat pohon na brány. Vše proběhlo v pořádku, akorát po týdnu užívání jsme zjistili, že by bylo lepší u brány přehodit pořadí otvírání křídel, protože se nám cesta stáčí doprava, ale první se otvírají dveře doleva, takže musíme čeka do plného otevření vrat než můžeme začít najížděť a brány se otevírají velmi pomalu a ovladač má dosah cca 10m.... Problém nastal v tom, že jsme se domluvili s obchodním zástupcem, že při tak velké zakázce za více než 80tis. nám nebude nic navíc účtováno. Pán za pár dní přijel, (s tím že ve všední den zavolal ráno, že tam do půl hodiny bude, ale naštěstí jsem byla doma)....byl tu 7minut i s telefonátem a že chce zaplatit 545,- a hotově a že nemá ani korunu na vrácení. Obchodní zástupce nám po telefonu sdělil, že sice jsme se domluvili, že to nic stát nebude, ale že to musejí vyfakturovat za SYMBOLICKOU ČÁSTKU 545,- ZA 7 MIN.PRÁCE A DOPRAVU CELKEM 20KM (TAM I ZPĚT)!!!! Takže práce od firmy proběhla v pořádku, ale přístě by mohli být solidnější a říct nám na rovinu, že to bude něco stát ať si to připravíme. A navíc montují vrata dnes a denně, tak by je mohlo napadnou, že když cesta do garáže se stáčí doprava, že by bylo asi logičtější, aby se otvírala první pravá strana brány. My jsme si to uvědomili později, až jsme vyjížděli autem, tak jsme si za tu zkušenost ještě připlatili! I only recommend Trido half. The sales representative told us over the phone that we agreed that it would not cost anything, but that they had to invoice it for SYMBOLIC AMOUNT 545, - for 7 MIN.WORK AND TRANSPORT TOTAL 20KM (THERE AND BACK) !!!! So the work from the company went well, but the next time they could be more solid and tell us that it would cost us to prepare it. In addition, they install doors today and daily, so they might think that if the road to the garage turns right, it would be more logical to open the first right side of the gate. We realized this later, when we drove out of the car, so we paid extra for the experience!

Musím odlupující se kusy fólie odstraňovat a vrata stříkat sprejem abych se za ně nestyděl. Zatím všechna vrata této firmy co jsem viděl byla sloupaná. Při domluvě o opravě mi nabídli v podstatě vyměnit všechny díly za cenu nových vrat, ale to si raději koupím celá nová vrata od Lomaxu. Když jsem porovnal s výrobky firmy Lomax nenašel jsem v okolí jediná sloupaná vrata. Navíc vrata v chodu od začátku dělají hrozný hluk a duní celým domem. Nikde jinde jsem tak hlučný chod vrat neslyšel. Trido už nikdy!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND. After the warranty, the paint started to peel off and the door is already more white than brown. I have to remove the peeling pieces of foil and spray the door so that I am not ashamed of them. So far, all the gates of this company that I have seen have been peeled off. When agreeing on a repair, they offered me to replace basically all the parts for the price of a new door, but I'd rather buy a whole new door from Lomax. When I compared it with Lomax products, I did not find a single peeling door in the area. In addition, the door in operation from the beginning makes a terrible noise and rumbles throughout the house. Nowhere else have I heard such a noisy operation of the gate. Trido never again !!!

P	Petr Šponer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pohodová vykladka vše jak má být, akorát málo místa na firmě a před branou se moc parkovat nedá je tam docela provoz. Jinak ale vše v pohodě. A relaxed unloading of everything as it should be, just a little space in the company and you can't park much in front of the gate, there is quite a lot of traffic there. Otherwise, everything is fine.
