We bought an apartment from this company and I regret it today. It's been 2 years and we still don't live. The apartment was to be completed in December 2015, today is April and still nothing. We've been paying a mortgage for half a year. The first tour took place in the autumn and we were not surprised - instead of a window plywood and a half-meter hole in the wall. Since then, by Trigema zero communication, until last week we received an amendment to the contract, which postpones the deadline for the summer. Client, sign, you still have no choice. Another negative experience. After the roofing of the upper terraces of the KLR PLZEŇ project, an agreement on a discount for blinds - the discount was implemented with a written e-mail assurance from Mr. P., the sales director, that rainwater drainage will be handled by drains and drains. After the tour 07/2018, however, it will finally be solved by a cheaper variant, the slope. I received an answer from the management that there was an incorrect transfer of information from the project manager and an apology was sent to me. So thank you ?

I bought an apartment realized by TRIGEMA (Central Bohemian Region). The investor was the city. The company's actions are catastrophic, from the construction manager to the complaints department. In the construction phase as the future owner of the apartment, I kindly asked the construction manager to visit and inspect the apartment, after knocking on the door he didn't even lift his head, let alone his ass, and quickly rejected me. After handing over the apartment, minor shortcomings, but also obvious defects in terms of functionality and comfort. The absolute worst and cheapest materials (floors, sanitary ware, tiles) were delivered, the electrical installation was inspected from the table (the descriptions did not match) in the electrical cabinet. At the request of the revision, they made excuses that the investor is the city and that it has the documents (the procedure is correct, but inhumane with the sole aim of not looking under the cover of poorly done work). The only thing that can be praised for the construction is the design of gypsum plasters, tiles, the walls are clean, small unevenness is forgivable. Minor aesthetic defects fixed (acrylic door frames, sanitation). Two circuits with 16A fuses were made for the kitchen wiring. One socket for the appliance above the kitchen worktop was connected to one circuit. The other main appliances connected together on the second circuit. Again, an excuse for the designer, who may have made a mistake, but the responsible implementation company has to point out the shortcomings in the PD and solve them within the implementation (and this was revised !!! with incorrect circuit breaker designation). The complaints department is constantly arguing about the delivery of the right switches for outdoor blinds. The designer obtained a statement on the approved documentation, which was ordered for the electrical installation, where the switches with locking were specified. Delivered without locking (the operation of the blind is ensured by holding the switch permanently) - during the complaint of an excuse for the investor, for other documentation ... How not? has never been on the construction site and cannot read in the documentation (for laughter the first answer: implementation and deliveries were said to have been made according to the documentation of the actual design: DDD, second answer: we insist on the previous statement, it was delivered according to the official PD). The apartment buildings on the outside make a beautiful impression, but the quality of the delivered materials, helpfulness and communication are zero at the cost of saving CZK 200 and 5 m of cable on one louver switch in one apartment. Funny (34 apartments in total). TRIGEMA company from Prague untrustworthy and dissatisfied from the point of view of the end user of the apartment and the delivered materials. They make people stupid.

Nice from the outside, I don't know inside - I only drive from the neighboring bus stop.
