★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strašný zákaznický servis, prodejce se vám většinou nevěnuje baví se s ostatními prodejci, všechno strašně dlouho trvá, nákup muže úplně bez problému zabrat přes 3 hodiny. Při velmi vysoké prodejní ceně, která byla ještě u mnou zakoupeného produktu o tisíc korun vyšší než u konkurence, je zážitek z nákupu naprostým utrpením. Kdybych ten den nespěchal s nákupem a tohle nebyl jediný obchod s mojí velikostí v okolí, tak bych okamžitě odešel ke konkurenci, už jen z důvodu totálního nezájmu o zákazníka.

With a very high selling price, which was still a thousand crowns higher for the product I bought than for the competition, the shopping experience is a complete suffering. If I wasn't in a hurry to buy that day and this wasn't the only store of my size in the area, I would immediately go to the competition, just because of the total lack of interest in the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kupovali jsme zde s zenou lyzaky a muzu jen doporucit. Profesionalni pristup, bootfitting naprosto do detailu. Je treba pocitat s tim, ze je to proces na hodinu a dele - bota se opakovane zkousi, vypeka. Kdo specha, at jde nekam do supermarketu a vezme si boty z regalu. U Trtika mate jistotu, ze se Vam budou venovat a vyberou Vam spravnou botu, ze ktere nebudete mit nikde otlaky. Urcite se tam priste zase vratime.

Who's in a hurry to go somewhere to the supermarket and take his shoes off the shelf. At Trtik, you can be sure that they will take care of you and choose the right shoe from which you will not get bruises anywhere. We will definitely be back there again.
