Also, they are really overpriced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is more than just a haircut, it's an experience. And if you get your cut from Daniel, the Colombian with the magic hands, it's an educational adventure.
I've been maintaining a beard for over 15 years, and I've never been happy with the work of my barber until I met Daniel. Not only did I walk out of the shop looking like a Greek God, but I also learned more about my hair and how to maintain it in that hour than I had in in all my years of getting haircuts.
You got that hair in the back that always sticks up? Talk to Daniel, he has the solution, and it's not "buy more product".
In summary if you're not getting your cut from Daniel, you're missing out. And Daniel if you're reading this, THANK YOU! You're the best, and you have a client in me for life!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Truefitt Prague in August 2021 and had Zany as the barber. I have been to Truefitt in London and Kuala Lumpur with always great experience. I was not offered any drink as written. Zany caused my earlobe to bleed and also around my neck area due to the machine being too sharp. I told him this and he denied it happen when I literally showed to him the blood on the tissue. He went on to say this never happened to him before for so many years he has been working as a barber. I don’t know how is that an argument, anyway, all I asked is for him to be careful with the instrument because it was probably new and pretty sharp. He asked if I wanted to switch barber but since it was almost done I just decided to finish quickly. Regardless of what happened I still paid full price. I never visited this so-called high end barber shop ever again! Also not even a single apology after being so careless while working with sharp instruments. It probably did not kill me but the sharp painful sensation is not pleasant to anyone and can be quite traumatizing especially for me who has to go to barber almost every week!
