Možná mají tolik zákazníků, že si s těmito sekundárními disciplínami svého podnikání nemají potřebu lámat hlavu, ale dobrou reklamu jim to určitě nedělá. Po objednání zboží jsem byl informován, že doba dodání bude 6-10 týdnů. Předpokládal bych, že takové sdělení znamená "pokud možno 6, maximálně však 10 týdnů." Ve skutečnosti to ale znamenalo, že doba dodání byla 11 týdnů a 1 den, přičemž s touto skutečností jsem byl obeznámen až po 9 týdnech od objednávky. Když jsem konkrétní oznámený termín doručení odmítl s tím, že v daný den nemohu zboží převzít, dostal jsem na výběr - buď odklad termínu o další 3-4 týdny nebo zrušení objednávky. ("Pokud vám to nevyhovuje, objednávku můžete stornovat.") Pokud si tedy můžete dovolit ten luxus čekat na nábytek 2-3 měsíce a v případě, že se vám stroze oznámený termín doručení, o němž nelze jakkoli jednat, nebude hodit, tak i déle, pak bez obav vybírejte i z nabídky této firmy. Joinery products are of good quality and at reasonable prices. However, the company is also a problem with the sound distribution and communication. They may have so many customers that they do not need to worry about these secondary disciplines of their business, but they certainly do not do good advertising. After placing the order I was informed that the delivery time is 6-10 weeks. I would assume that such communication means "preferably 6 to a maximum of 10 weeks." In fact, this meant that the delivery time was 11 weeks and 1 day, and I was not aware of this until 9 weeks after the order. When I refused a particular delivery date and said I couldn't pick up the goods on that day, I had a choice - either postpone the term for another 3-4 weeks or cancel my order. ( "If it does not, you can cancel the order.") So if you can afford the luxury to wait for 2-3 months and furniture in case you bluntly announced date of delivery of which can not in any way act does not throw as well as longer, then feel free to choose from the menu and this company.
A	Anna Koprivova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kvalita nábytku je super. Postele jsou úžasné a děti nadšené. Cena byla také slušná. Jen čekací doba na postele byla tedy 12 týdnu a 1 den... Řidič byl velmi příjemný a ochotný mi pomoci s nábytkem až nahoru do bytu. Pokud vám tedy nevadí delší čekání na nábytek, velice doporučuji! The quality of the furniture is great. The beds are amazing and the children are excited. The price was also decent. The only waiting time for beds was 12 weeks and 1 day ... The driver was very nice and willing to help me with the furniture up to the apartment. So if you don't mind waiting longer for furniture, I highly recommend it!
