M	Mark Gyk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Budynek urzędu miasta kompletnie nie pasuje do trutnovskiej starówki. The building of the town hall does not fit into the Old Town of Trutnov at all.
T	Tomáš Polák on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Městský úřad jako každý jiný. Prostory jsou účelově zařízené, jak vybavením, tak designem. Čekárny pro lidi jsou v pořádku, míst na sezení je dost. Úředníci, se kterými jsem jednal byli milí a ochotní. City council like everyone else. The premises are purpose-furnished, both with equipment and design. Waiting for people are fine, seating is enough. The officials I dealt with were kind and helpful.

Ta dala své jméno slovanské osadě vzniklé ve 12. století, později byla patrně kvůli opakujícím se povodním přesunuta do míst dnešního Trutnova. Ten přejmenovali němečtí kolonisté, kteří sem přišli za posledních Přemyslovců. První písemné doklady o městě jsou z roku 1260. I visited the city again after more than 20 years and I was very pleasantly surprised how Trutnov blossomed in that time! The beginnings of the town are connected with the beautiful river Úpa. It gave its name to a Slavic settlement founded in the 12th century, later it was probably moved to the place of today's Trutnov due to repeated floods. It was named as Turnov by the German colonists who came here during the last Přemyslids. The first written evidence of the city dates back to 1260. I visited the city again after more than 20 years and I was very pleasantly surprised by how Trutnov blossomed during that time! The beginnings of the city are connected with the river Upa. M	Michaela Hrdlickova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nechápu,proč je zde uvedena pracovní doba mezi svátky 8-10,14-17 v pondělí a ve středu,když na úřadě nikdo není!!Po dnešní návštěvě nás nějaká zaměstnankyně upozornila,že na matrice nikdo není, že šli ve 13 hodin domů ?. Vůbec se nedivím,že tam lidé tropili povyk! I do not understand why the working hours are listed here between the holidays of 8-10, 14-17 on Mondays and Wednesdays, when no one is in the office !! ?. I'm not at all surprised that people made a noise there!
