Zaměstnanci jsou neschopni domluvy ani reklamace. Hrůza. Strašná zkušenost. I wouldn't like to give a single star. It is an unfair business that robs others. Precious lights were destroyed. Employees are unable to agree or make claims. Terror. Terrible experience.

O	Ondře J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zboží není skladem. Udávané doručení do tří až pěti týdnů nepřipadá v úvahu. Po pěti týdnech jsem psal mail jak to s objednávkou vypadá, bez odpovědi. Napsal jsem další mail a dostala se mi odpověď, že zboží nebylo dodané na sklad a že se objednávka může o 2 až dalších 8 týdnů opozdit. Očekával bych od eshopu nějakou finanční kompenzaci, ale bohužel. Ing Daniel Martinek s tím nic nedělá. Určitě nedoporučuji platit objednávky předem. Člověk se načeká a kdo ví co vůbec přijde. The goods are not in stock. Reported delivery within three to five weeks is out of the question. After five weeks, I wrote an e-mail about what the order looks like, without an answer. I wrote another e-mail and received a reply that the goods were not delivered to the warehouse and that the order may be delayed by 2 to another 8 weeks. I would expect some financial compensation from the e-shop, but unfortunately. Ing Daniel Martinek does nothing about it. I definitely do not recommend paying for orders in advance. You wait and who knows what will come.

Objednávka dorazila po 3 měsících. The worst e-shop. I waited for the order for 3 months, even though it was written for a maximum of 3 weeks. They sent the order until I complained a bit. The order arrived after 3 months.
W	Witek Dokoupil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Určitě neobjednavat nic. Sice obchod láká na levné ceny a spoustu dílů, ale co Vám přijde, pokud to vůbec přijde je na vyhazov. Kvalita hrozná, přístup zaměstnanců taky, vědomě poslali poškozený díl (nevzniklo to přepravou) a pokud se snažíte o reklamaci, tak si připravte pevné nervy a spoustu času. Definitely don't order anything. Although the store attracts cheap prices and a lot of parts, what you get, if it comes at all, is on fire. The quality is terrible, the approach of the employees too, they consciously sent the damaged part (it was not created by transport) and if you are trying to make a complaint, then prepare your nerves and a lot of time.
