★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Koupil jsem u této společnosti repasované turbo na vw crafter za 7500 Kč. Turbo hned po namontování pískalo a po 3 dnech a 500km auto začalo jet v nouzovém režimu. Jelikož jsme netušili, že to může být vadným turbem měnili jsme na vozidle zbytečně jiné díly a ztratili spoustu času. Nakonec jsme turbo sundali a odvezli zpátky na reklamaci. Samozřejmě reklamace zamítnuta a vyjádření technika bylo, že pískání způsobuje špatná směs?? a že máme špatný motor, který turbo zničil. UPOZORŇUJI že původní turbo najelo přes 500tis. Km. Nakonec jsme koupili použite originální turbo z vrakoviště za 3000 a jsme spokojeni. Najeli jsme už 15 000 km a i přes to, že je použité tak nepíská a tahá tak jak má.
Peníze jsme nedostali a odpoveď majitele byla ať už se nevracíme.
Tak jestli nechcete dopadnout stejně, kupte radši jinde.
I bought a refurbished turbo on a vw crafter from this company for CZK 7,500. The Turbo whistled immediately after installation and after 3 days and 500 km the car started driving in emergency mode. As we had no idea that it could be a defective turbo, we changed other parts of the vehicle unnecessarily and lost a lot of time. Finally, we took off the turbo and took it back to the complaint. Of course the complaint was rejected and the statement of the technician was that the whistling is causing the wrong mixture ?? and that we have the wrong engine that destroyed the turbo. PLEASE NOTE that the original turbo ran over 500 thousand. Km. In the end, we bought a used original turbo from the junkyard for 3000 and we are satisfied. We have already driven 15,000 km and despite the fact that it is used, it does not whistle and pulls as it should.
We did not receive the money and the owner's response was that we would not return.
So if you don't want to end up the same way, buy elsewhere.
