★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maximálně 2 objednávky z 10 jsou opravdu v pořádku. Z 80% vždy něco na pizze chybí. Když jsme si objednáme navíc olivy tak tam nebyly, dostali jsme kompenzaci, volala velice milá paní takže za její přístup a snahu 1 hvězda. Ale je to pořád dokola, dnes opět ? na Jalapeños chybel papričky a místo čedaru jiný sýr. Druhou hvězdu dávám za možnost objednání online. Čekací doba je standardně 90 minut, což je hodně, když porovnám kvalitu služeb. Zvýšené ceny za pizzu také neodpovídají kvalitě jídla a služeb.
EDIT: posledních cca 6 objednávek bylo v pořádku, přidávám 2 hvězdy. Snad se kvalita udrží. Díky
A maximum of 2 orders out of 10 are really fine. 80% are always missing something on the pizza. When we ordered extra olives so they weren't there, we got compensation, a very nice lady called, so for her approach and effort 1 star. But it's still around, today Jalapeños was missing peppers and instead of cheddar, another cheese. I give the second star the opportunity to order online. The waiting time is 90 minutes by default, which is a lot when I compare the quality of services. The increased prices for pizza also do not correspond to the quality of food and service.
EDIT: last about 6 orders were fine, I'm adding 2 stars. Hopefully the quality will be maintained. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why do you have to wait 90 minutes for a pizza after ordering? In Germany a maximum of 30 minutes. And then the pizza is still cold. Just ridiculous.
