★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funguje zároveň jako půjčovna kol. Slečna za pokladnou by se mohla občas i usmát a bylo by to super.
It also functions as a bicycle rental. The young lady at the cash register could smile sometimes and it would be great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sympatický personál. Sešlo se nás tu asi pět turistů a dostali jsme docela vyčerpávající přednášku o městě, okolí, památkách. Paní "průvodkyně" byla doslova ve svém živlu.
Tak nějak to vypadá, když práce baví.
Dodatečně posílám dík.
Sympathetic staff. About five tourists gathered here and we got a pretty exhaustive lecture about the city, surroundings, monuments. The "guide" was literally in her element.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes 14.7.2019 16:50 nebere paní telefon. V 17:00 nám zamkla před nosem. Jeli jsme se synem dálku pro kód oveček a paní nás poslala někam. Asi ještě nemá děti. Chování strašné.
Today 7/14/2019 4:50 PM doesn't take Ms. phone. At 17:00 she locked us in front of her nose. We went with my son remotely for the sheep code and the lady sent us somewhere. She probably doesn't have children yet. Terrible behavior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pěkné a čisté prostředí. Personál dokáže poradit a umí krásně komunikovat se zákazníkem/turistou. V nabídce možnost zapůjčení kol/koloběžek. Určitě si zde zajděte pro radu, kam za krásnou turistikou v okolí Rožnova a Valašska. Možnost zakoupení suvenýrů ve formě magnetek, pohlednic, turistických deníků a podobně.
Nice and clean environment. The staff can advise and can communicate beautifully with the customer / tourist. Bicycles / scooters can be rented on offer. Be sure to go here for advice on where to go for beautiful tourism around Rožnov and Wallachia. Possibility to buy souvenirs in the form of magnets, postcards, tourist diaries and the like.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutní zklamání. Obešli jsme už spoustu informačních center, ale personál zde tedy nebyl velmi ochotný. Na dotaz, zda je možné ve městě někde koupit Štramberské uši, nám bylo chladně odseknuto, ať si zajedeme do Štramberka (děkujeme, to nás nenapadlo). Zašli jsme do cukrárny o dva domy vedle a tam měli uší plnou bednu. Chápu, že není možné znát sortiment všech podniků ve městě, ale trochu ochoty by neškodilo.
Absolute disappointment. We have already bypassed a lot of information centers, but the staff here was not very helpful. When asked if it is possible to buy Štramberk ears somewhere in the city, we were coldly cut off so that we could go to Štramberk (thank you, we did not think of that). We went to the patisserie two houses next door and there were ears full of boxes. I understand that it is not possible to know the range of all businesses in the city, but a little willingness would not hurt.
