S rodinou jsem chtěla nějaké mapky a tipy na výlety po okolí (s malým dítětem), ale pracovnice při vstupu ani nepozdravily, během návštěvy doplňovaly regál o letáky a probudily se, až když vstoupila jejich známá, se kterou začaly v pracovní době živě komunikovat osobní věci. Neochota, nabubřelost, která kazí dojem z návštěvy lázeňského města. Dosud jsem takto špatnou zkušenost neměla. Ladies working in the information center seem to be unable to present their work to tourists. My family and I wanted some maps and tips for trips (with a small child), but the workers did not greet at the entrance, added leaflets during the visit and woke up when their acquaintances entered, with whom they started to communicate live during working hours things. Reluctance, pompiness that spoils the impression of visiting a spa town. I haven't had this bad experience yet.

Nemyslím však že je to způsobeno pouze neznalostí pracovnic ale že se k nim prostě nedostanou podrobností a člověk je nucen obíhat zařízení která ho zajímají. The Tourist Information Center is located in a modern facility and is equipped with all the necessary materials except information. However, I do not think that this is due only to the ignorance of the workers, but that they simply do not get the details and one is forced to circulate the equipment of interest.
O	Ondrej “Mathes” Matyas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slečna co zde dělá, brýle na bradě ohinek. Je extrémně šikovná a moc nám poradila, jak kam jít se najíst tak hlavně co navštívit. Víc takových a každé IC bude jen zářit. A to tam měla dost frmol. Miss what she is doing here, glasses on her chin. She is extremely handy and she has told us how to go to eat and especially what to visit. More of these and every IC will shine. And there it was quite a mess.

Yes, they have views. Otherwise, in terms of information, horror. The lady, or the young lady, was probably never farther than in Šumperk. Maybe she was in Croatia. But they also have maps ...
