★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Splendid! The hostess is quite knowledgeable about wines. Food is superb. A hidden jam in the center of Prague. Be aware though, they have only the goods from Tuscany, i.e. no brezaola, as it comes from a different region of Italy.

The concept of this wine bar is good. It offers a place to pair wonderful wine with a few hardy food offerings that pair well with the wines.
The service however is at times inconsistent and spotty. Four out of three guests for their food, the fourth was made to wait without prior communication and the food never came. When others in the group also ordered warm food, it was explained that the one person chef and sommelier had decided to not prepare a single warm dish earlier, but rather had decided to wait for additional orders before starting to cook.
Water glasses were put on the table, but the water did not come. It was not until we asked for water after ordering our second bottle of wine, that water was finally served.
For a small place like this, consistency in quality and customer service is the key to success. It needs work!
