A good landmark when trying to guess where you are looking from the nearby mountains. The ever-rising smoke from the massive chimney will tell you where a city or a hill is in the distance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byl jsem zde na exkurzi s rodinou a byla to skvělá 3,5 hodinová prohlídka. Velké štěstí, že si na nás sympatický pán udělal jednu pěknou neděli čas. Sám nám zavolal, domluvil čas setkání a skvěle nás seznámil s elektrárnou. Na jeho projevu bylo vidět, že elektrárnu má rád, pracuje v ní od doby kdy jí vybudovali. Já byl v udivení, že celou dobu jsme v takto velké elektrárně nepotkali ani nohu až tedy v samém závěru exkurze na velíně. Je obdivuhodné jak to vše funguje automaticky. Děkujeme za skvělý výklad, prohlídku a možnost focení. Doporučuji všem Tušimice navštívit je to ohromně zajímavé a poučné. Za mě jedna z nejlepších prohlídek, které jsem měl tu čest navštívit.
I was here on an excursion with my family and it was a great 3.5 hour tour. Good luck that a nice gentleman made one nice Sunday time for us. He called us himself, arranged a meeting time and introduced us to the power plant. It was clear from his speech that he loves the power plant, he has been working in it since they built it. I was surprised that we didn't meet a foot in such a large power plant all the time, until the very end of the excursion to the control room. It's admirable how it all works automatically. Thank you for a great explanation, tour and the possibility of taking photos. I recommend everyone to visit Tušimice, it is extremely interesting and informative. For me, one of the best tours I had the honor to visit.
