★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tři týdny a tři telefonáty trvalo, než přijeli změřit okna a přijmout zakázku výměny skel. Sedm týdnů a čtyři urgující telefonáty trvalo, než přivezli skla. Jedno ze dvou skel přivezli se špatnými rozměry a museli přijet podruhé. Mailem poslali fakturu, ale ze stejné adresy nebyli ani po týdnu a třech urgencích odpovědět na jednoduchý dotaz. Komunikace je opravdu tristní. Na místě a osobně byli vždy vstřícní, slušní a ochotní, ovšem když jsme okna později umyli, ukázalo se, že jsou skla poškrábaná.
It took three weeks and three phone calls before they came to measure the windows and accept the glass replacement order. It took seven weeks and four urgent phone calls to bring the glass. They brought one of the two glasses with the wrong dimensions and had to come a second time. They sent an invoice by e-mail, but they were not able to answer a simple question from the same address even after a week and three emergencies. Communication is really sad. They were always helpful, polite and helpful on the spot and in person, but when we washed the windows later, the glass turned out to be scratched.
