poté co prolezete přez doktora, písemný test, test zručností a školení, dají vám podepsat smlouvu s uvedenou částkou která dělá 75% toho co původně měla dělat. zbylých 25% jsou benefity.
Proč?
Aby se nemuselo danit 100% daní se jen uvedených 75%. Na bonus se to nevztahuje. Pro mladé je to fajn.
Ale! Důchod a nemocenská se odvíjí hlavně od částky uvedené ve smlouvě (75%)
Za nedodržení přísné normy nebo poškození drahých a citlivých součástí se strhává plat z (25%)
Na přestávky je třeba utéct dřív protože z 10min než se vyhrabete ven, máte jen 7 a to nemluvím o cestě na pracoviště.
20min na oběd... (hlavně nehltej)
Pak je tu ještě nenažranost agentúry a řada dalších mínusek.
Prostě pokud můžete, běžte raději jinam.
