The rudest service we've experienced over more than 5 years in Prague. Trust me, you don't want to end up there even if it's raining outside, unless you genuinely enjoy a company of a couple boorish drunks.

We wanted to eat something tasty, Czech and in authentic atmosphere. U Kozla was just perfect! I highly recommend to everyone!

Had a really bad experience as a foreigner here. When my friends and me arrived they got my order of a drink wrong and never offered a menu for us to eat there. We decided to eat someplace else and asked a waiter for the bill. The waiter was reeking of alcohol and had slurred speech. When I asked if I could pay with card he said it was not possible. My friend walked to the nearest bankomat and withdrew money from it. When we went inside to pay our bill we saw by our big surprise there was a card reader just sitting there on the bar. We had a feeling that we as foreigners (Dutch) where really unwelcome there. No go.

Worst restaurant expierence in my life. Rude and drunk staff, which brought drinks we did not order. Staff did not return to our table to attent to us for diner. Other Czech customers who arrived later got drinks AND food. We felt discriminated and wanted to leave. When we wanted to pay, a obviously drunk staff member said we could only pay cash. I went inside to pay after looking for ATM, and saw they had a PIN. The same (drunk) man gave me exchange and demanded a tip. Very rude and racist staff to non-Czech. DO NOT GO HERE AS TOURIST!

I've never felt so discriminated at a restaurant. The staff smelt like alcohol and it gave my friend the wrong drink. They didn't give us the menu to order some food. And the Czech person that arrived later got a drink and food.. We didn't like the vibe and wanted to leave and pay by card. The person that helped us said that we could only pay by cash. My boyfriend needed to go to the nearest ATM. When he went inside to pay he saw they had a working terminal to pay with card. The staff even demanded a tip.. We didn't give any tip. DON'T GO HERE AS A TOURIST! Probably that's what they are wishing for.. their loss tho, we spent our money elsewhere:)

Typical Czech pub, great beer, food mediocre, staff is too grumpy sometimes, but otherwise its a good place to grab a lunch.

Good Czech traditional restaurant! Amazing meat dishes, beer, sausage, and hearty Central European favorites. Recommended! A+

Me and my girlfriend ordered the smazeny syr, it was average, but they tried to cheat us with the bill, adding extra for fries and tartar sauce, and the service was terrible, seemed angry to take our order. Best part is we ended up sitting on the toilet all night with food poisoning. Avoid this place!
