V tu dobu už jsme měli výpověď ze stávající práce a stávajícího bytu, domluvenou hypotéku. 30 minut před podpisem RS byla naše schůzka zrušena a cena bytu navýšena o 500 000 Kč. Co víme, cena se navýšila lidem i po podpisu RS. Opravdu odrazuji každého od nákupu nemovitosti od IP stavu. I'm also adding a warning about the company's IP status. Jako zájemce a potencionální zákazník jste jim naprosto ukradený. Všechny budoucí zájemce předem upozorňuji na praktiky jednatelů které hraničí s podvodem. Máte před podpisem rezervace, máte zapsané klientské změny vašeho bytu, domluvenou hypotéku, ze dne na den hovor, že se vše ruší, že si pan jednatel Vyskočil usmyslel stáhnout vše z prodeje. Byty si nechá a bude si je pronajímat. Zaměstnanec IPstavu Vám pak brečí do mobilu že za to nemůže ale že se nedá nic dělat. Díky této firmě jsem přišel nejen o nervy a peníze, ale také o 2 roky čekání. Dávejte si velký pozor. Celý komplex U VINICE slouží jako dojná kráva. V každém bytovém domě se nacházejí byty jednatele, včetně parkovacích míst které se naplno pronájímají. Nachazí se zde také bordel s nálepkou Wellness. Na nových domech se šetří, z cihel je už jen pár pater. Některé nové volné byty se prodávají s podezřelými podmínkami. Doufejme že chystaný projekt U Červeňáku tyto klauny trošku sesadí.
