Family accommodation, very nice approach

I understand that it can be good accommodation if you have a hard night's sleep and no other problem arises, but we have three problems, to the extent that AirBnB eventually gave us some of the money back. Accommodation was not as described, Mrs. Milada did not communicate and lied to us. The first is that the accommodation is right next to the first class road, the house is literally a few meters from the road and there is nothing between the house and the road. There is a lot of noise from the road and it woke us up every day early in the morning. (We ordered via AirBnB, where the position next to the road is not visible.) The second is that although it is written that there is air conditioning, but there are such restrictive rules that it is almost as if it is not there. We were asked to use air conditioning only between ten and five to six - when we weren't there anyway. The room is in the attic and as soon as the air conditioning is turned off there is hot again, so the fact that it can be turned on during the day is almost useless. The last is how unprofessional Mrs. Milada and her husband were in solving problems. We turned on the air conditioning for a quarter of an hour before bed (I point out that we were not forbidden to do so, we were just asked to use it during the day and we definitely did not agree with that, as Mrs. Milada claims). They turned off the air conditioning remotely, the next day they took the remote from our room when we were on a trip and didn't even tell us about it. We couldn't find him, so we called them what had happened and only then did they tell us that they had confiscated it from us. When we wanted to deal with what happened next, they lied to us. This bothered us the most, so this accommodation was never again.
