Super experience for New Year's Eve

Beautiful place, paradise nature, divine peace, stay heals body and soul.

Although there are 7 bedrooms declared, 2 are only niches with beds and one is in the common room. The big problem is water, probably a weak spring, it has to save enough. But otherwise cottage in a very nice place, swimming in Nežárka, excellent location for bike trips .... With the owner a decent agreement, added drinking water in barrels, quickly repaired showers. For a bunch of people a decent starting point that would go, with a little will, to honor to perfection

Great surroundings, accommodation a disaster ... for the number of people offered, there is insufficient capacity, I would keep quiet about the cleanliness. Around the cottage junk .. We almost did not have hot water, from the utility water you wash the dishes half of the people had health problems. For the amount that the owner charges absolutely unacceptable !!

Surrounding nature and bike paths: really great. Accommodation: nowadays, when the vast majority of people have certain ideas about the standard, it is unbelievable that the owner offers this cottage for a larger number of people and claims that the cottage provides 7 bedrooms. In fact, there are three bedrooms. Space for storing personal belongings is desperately insufficient for a larger number of people. Privacy none. The equipment of the cottage acts as a storage place for unnecessary furniture, especially beds for the sole purpose of filling the capacity of the cottage to the maximum. There is no question of comfort, coziness, practicality and order at all. Hygienic conditions are on the verge of endurance, and I think that staying with small children is risky in this respect. Therefore, I do not highly recommend it for a larger number of people and for small children. Perhaps for a couple of good friends with minimal demands on comfort. But the price is so high that a few people are not worth thinking about this accommodation at all. This way of "business" of the owner was a huge disappointment for us. Really incredible these days.

Unfortunately, upon arrival, a great disappointment, a big mess around the cottage, boxes, crates, unusable construction from a children's slide, lino, bags, etc. What did not suit anyone, it remained there. Outdoor seating with a fireplace, looked very similar. Unprepared, old wired grate on bricks, mess again. A dirty mattress thrown in the corner, which should represent two more beds. I would like to see who will sleep there. The common room itself was again a box, an old mattress thrown on a possibly new couch, but which was covered with an old rag for sure, probably to match. Kitchens in "like" apartments ok, but the water in the sinks flowed mini-stream, so washing dishes was quite an experience. The rooms are divided by a red curtain. Terror. Fireplaces in the rooms unprepared and full of ashes. The storage rooms were again about shelves that covered so popular red curtains. Utility water, drinking in barrels. The hot water did not flow at all, either just boiling or cold. No bicycle facilities in the cycling paradise. The whole impression was further underlined by the fact that at that time trees were felling all around, so at five in the morning we were woken up by heavy machinery and cutting a tree. We were four families and unfortunately all disappointed. For the money that the owner asks for (for 18 people 41 thousand, plus 450 dogs, plus 810 sheets) disaster. Nice place that was killed by terrible accommodation.
