K	Kamila Banaś on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nikomu nie polecam tego miejsca do spania. Nie da się opisać tego jak zostałam tam potraktowana. To był chyba jakiś żart. Przyjeżdżając na miejsce okazało się, że moja rezerwacja w tym obiekcie zniknęła i nie ma żadnego wolnego pokoju. "Właścicielka" pensjonatu, która korespondowała ze mną w języku angielskim, na miejscu podczas rozmowy telefonicznej nie potrafiła powiedziec w tym języku ani słowa. Jej mąż stwierdził, że to może ich syn wysyłał te maile podpisując się nazwiskiem matki. Zdziwił się, że nie zapłaciłam zaliczki, mimo że w e-mailu wyraźnie była informacja o płatności gotówką przy przekazywaniu pokoju. Uprzejmi państwo nawet nie zaproponowali żadnego zastępczego lokum, chociaż na pewno zdawali sobie sprawę jak ciężko o nocleg w mieście jakim jest Frenstat. Zostawienie nas w deszczu, bez możliwości powtrotu, w obcym mieście nie stanowiło dla nich problemu. Horrible place! Never again! I do not recommend this place to sleep to anyone. It is impossible to describe how I was treated there. It was probably a joke. Arriving at the place, it turned out that my reservation in this place disappeared and there is no free room. The "owner" of the guesthouse, who corresponded with me in English, on the spot during a telephone conversation could not say a word in that language. Her husband said that maybe their son was sending these emails with the mother's name. He was surprised that I had not paid the advance, even though the email clearly showed the payment in cash when transferring the room. The nice state did not even offer any substitute accommodation, although they certainly realized how hard it was to stay in a city like Frenstat. Leaving us in the rain, without the possibility of repetition, in a foreign city was not a problem for them. Horrible place! Never again!
m	meow, daniel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ubytování skvělé, srovnatelné s cenou. Pobyt zde byl příjemný, Wi-Fi připojení skvělé. Postele příjemné, celá atmosféra pensionu pěkná. Majitelka velice ochotná. Určitě doporučuji Great accommodation, comparable to price. Staying here was a pleasant, Wi-Fi connection great. Beds nice, the whole atmosphere of the pension nice. The landlady very willing. I definitely recommend it

L	Lenka Smidova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ubytování odpovídalo popisu, nám se tu líbilo, čistý,prostorný apartmán s dobrou polohou.Jen chyběly ručníky,ale ty jsme si dokoupily.Myslim,že paní majitelka jen zapomněla. Accommodation matched the description, we liked it, clean, spacious apartment with a good location. Not only were the towels missing, but we bought them. I think the owner just forgot.

K	Katarzyna Pasek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I definitely don't recommend to visit this pension. We have booked a room for 2 people and 2 nights. We also got an e-mail that our reservation has been accepted. After our arrival it has come out they don't have a place for us because the pension is full. We called the owner and she just said it must be a mistake. Then we also talked with her husband and he also said that they don't mnie anything about our booking. In addition all e-mails were written in English but after our arrival we had problems with communication because the owner doesn't speak english. They even didn't want to organise something for us or help so finally we had no place to sleep in a foreign country and no possibillities to come back home. This pension is a joke. Don't book a room here cause you will be really disappointed.
