★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maličko to připomíná koleje. Obsluha prakticky neexistuje, recepce není, vše je řízeno z vedlejší hospody. Kuchyňka je prakticky kompletní, místnost je prostorná. Jinak vlastně vše je OK.
 It's a bit like a dormitory. There is practically no service, there is no reception, everything is controlled from the next pub. The kitchen is practically complete, the room is spacious. Otherwise, everything is OK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Large rooms, new facilities. Staff was friendly and open. It gives some extra value of it. Big bonus is restaurant downstairs, recommend to try dinner also. Owners are on right track to be better.. Negative: Here is missing clear and understandable signs where is entrance, where to park car. Car parking is ugly now., understandable only for locals..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: I feel like they thought of every detail when designing the place. Great, modern rooms, comfy bed, absolutely loved the walk-in shower. Original theme (gotta love cows). The restaurant is also pleasant - nice food & beer. Exceptional service!. Negative: -.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ unfortunately you can't give 0 stars. the hotel room is absolutely noisy. every snoring, every noise can be heard through the walls or door. the hotel is in the middle of a residential area and parking is a disaster. This hotel is absolutely not recommended

*Easy booking;
*easy self-check-in (instructions sent in time);
*spacious room;
*modern furniture and equipment (even automatic salt and pepper mill - thought without salt or pepper, and I doubt that anybody travels with peppercorns :);
*everything necessary for short stay;
*welcoming tea-coffee-sugar set;
*towels, shampoos;
*nice hall with guest-book;
*possibility to park a car nearby.
Taking into consideration, that it was one of the cheapest options for booking in Ostrava for that weekend (about 50$/night), we were positively impressed by the room and its equipment. Especially I liked nightlamps with colour light :)
Things-to-improve:
*dishes were not well-washed;
*there were spots on the bed-linen;
*too early check-out time (till 10.00).
While booking there were no possibility to choose double bed (though I assume that these rooms were all booked).
In general, we were satisfied with our stay!
