★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Den pred prijezdem nam pani oznamila, ze ubytovani vlastne neni, i kdyz jsme ho meli zarezervovano 2 mesice dopredu. Nabidla nam jiny pokoj, ovsem neupresnila, ze ubytovane budeme ve sklepe, 1 mistnost bez oken, bez topeni, s krabicemi, spinou a plisnemi a neskutecnym zapachem. Bez TV, kuchyne, mikrovlnky. Celkove spinave, zapachajici, nevzhledne, velmi spatna komunikace a neslusne chovani a predevsim pani lhala, nikdy vice k pani Kubikove.
 The day before arrival, the lady told us that the accommodation is not actually, even though we had booked it 2 months in advance. We offered another room, but did not specify that we will be in the cellar, 1 room without windows, no heating, with boxes, dirt and mildew and unpleasant odor. Without TV, kitchen, microwave. Overall, dirty, smelly, unsightly, very poor communication and obscene behavior and especially the lady lied, never more to Mrs. Kubikova.
