Mrs. Zita is an amazing woman, the food is excellent, we always like it very much :) We are happy to return ?

I do not recommend accommodation not only because of its quality (it looks generally unmaintained, dirt, especially in the shared toilet), but mainly because of its owner. Mrs. Zita tries to be very friendly on the outside, but if there is nothing wrong with her, she is able to behave very arrogantly and hysterically. We had paid for the accommodation several months in advance, but in the end Mrs. Zita expelled us after the first night (the positive was a refund). It started with breakfast, when we came instead of the agreed 8 o'clock to 8.30 o'clock, while Mrs. Zita did not mention that it is necessary to observe the given time per minute (usually there is a time interval everywhere). We were very uncomfortably scolded. We did not want to order breakfast for the rest of our stay, not only because of this disproportionate reaction, but also because we did not want to wake up our little son on holiday for breakfast. Not only did Mrs. Zita accuse us that she does not accommodate children and that we have an exception (but she did not mention it when booking and knew that we would come with the child), but she told us that breakfast would be forfeited and we had to pay it because it was mandatory (?!) . We only paid for the accommodation in advance, and when ordering via e-mail about the mandatory breakfast, let alone its price, there was no talk. Again, an unpleasant and unbalanced screaming reaction, and we told Mrs. Zita several times that we just didn't understand it and wanted to make a deal. Then she gave us an hour to move out. Fortunately, there was still free time in the neighboring pension near Vlčky, where the rooms were of much higher quality, beautifully clean, nice staff and for the same money.
