Nice and cozy cottage in a nice place, which unfortunately completely spoils the impression of annoying owner / manager. We had arranged a stay for two nights for 8 people, with one person taking turns on one bed (one first night sleeps and leaves in the afternoon, the second morning arrives and the second night sleeps) and one evening comes for a few hours of nursing visit, which she stayed for only a few hours due to the baby and the baby was brought to the breastfeeding during the evening. This was communicated in advance and agreed. On the second day of our stay, we went for a walk around 10 in the morning. On the way back from the walk, the owner / manager ran up to us and started yelling at us in the sense that there are definitely more of us there and how we imagine it. When we calmly explained to her that this had been arranged and that we were going for a walk and that yesterday my husband was driving the baby for a breastfeeding, we heard something about the fact that even the visit will wash his hands and what the additional costs are. and that it was not fair that we should consider it (in translation, the lady wanted extra money) and something somewhere, so that with her hysterical output she completely unnecessarily spoiled our mood. If they have such terribly expensive water in Sázava that the lady needs to shout at her guests in the middle of her stay, maybe she should consider installing a token system on the bathroom, or simply increase the price. The main thing is that in the accommodation brochure, the sentence about how guest satisfaction comes first for them is right on the front page. Were it not for this experience, we would have come again, because the cottage itself is really nice, as is its surroundings. So I hope it cost the owners an extra hundred.
