★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Очень грязно, но не из-за того что не убирают, женщина приходит убирать каждый день, а из-за того что много живут въетнамцев, индусов и они очень мусорят и не считают нужным убирать за собой. Шумоизоляция нулевая, выспаться практически невозможно.
