★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Čisté.. Avšak nepříjemná recepce která má neustále nějaký problem a zmatky. Chybějící těsnění na dveřích pokojů, takže mlátí průvanem. Zdi tenké či ze sadrokartonu způsobují že slyšíte z vedlejsiho pokoje naprosto vše. Snídaně formou bufetu. Pečivo, nejaky salám, sýr a celkem dobré kafe. Na přespáni stačí. Nyní je označení hotel VP1, ale k hotelu to má velmi daleko.Nedavné označení ubytovna toto místo vystihovalo lépe.

Thin or plasterboard walls cause you to hear everything from the side room. Buffet breakfast. Pastry, some salami, cheese and a pretty good coffee. Sleep is enough. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jeden z tańszych hoteli w okolicach Ostrawy. Pokoje i ich wyposażenie moze nie sa najnowsze, ale za to schludne i zadbane. W tej kategorii cenowej, hotel bez porównania. Dodatkowym atutem bez wątpienia jest świetna lokalizacja obok wspaniałego zabytku kulturowego oraz dobre połączenie komunikacją miejską z centrum miasta. Hotel absolutnie godny polecenia. Na pewno kiedyś tu wrócimy, aby dalej zwiedzać Ostrawę
One of the cheaper hotels around Ostrava. Rooms and their equipment may not be the latest, but neat and tidy. In this price category, the hotel has no comparison. An additional advantage is undoubtedly the great location next to a wonderful cultural monument and a good connection by public transport with the city center. The hotel is absolutely recommendable. We will definitely return here someday to continue exploring Ostrava

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ubytovanie veľmi slabé: toaletný papier vôbec nebol na wc, žiadny uterák na ruky pri umývadle,,izba: maľovka cokel ako na chodbe ??
Accommodation very weak: toilet paper was not on the toilet at all, no hand towel at the sink, room: cokel paint as in the hallway ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't speak English nevertheless their woman was very rude to me. She denied me a room at past midnight because I had euros and she couldn't accept them yet the booking said I will pay in euros at the hotel.
