Sedačka byla počůraná od malého dítěte, podle informací jde o hloubkové čištění s antibakteriální přísadou, která neutralizuje zápach moči, zvířat, kouře, potu. Sedačka stále smrdí! Musela jsem volat pánovi, který sedačku čistil, aby se vrátil, jelikož mezi polštáři byly drobečky a zadní část sedačky u zdi nevyčistil vůbec, přes to že se ho manžel ptal, jestli ji má odsunout - prý není třeba, zvládne to sám. Doba schnutí, jak mi bylo sděleno, je 1-2hodiny. Je to už 12 hodin od dokončení čištění a sedačka je stále vlhká! Takže když to shrnu: po zaplacení 3.200,- Kč za HLOUBKOVÉ KOMPLETNÍ čištění sedačky, mám stále smradlavou sedačku, na kterou si ani nemohu sednout, protože je i po 12 hodinách vlhká! K tomu jsem zdarma získala pocit vzteku, bezmoci a znechucení, což je opravdu k nezaplacení. I do not recommend! For that, I got a feeling of rage, helplessness and disgust for free, which is really priceless.

Za vyčištění pískovcové podlahy (u nás obývací prostor a kuchyň) účtují 14 000 Kč nejméně a platba v hotovosti. Po příjezdu konstatovali, že podlahu máme čistou, že je nepotřebujeme a nabídli, že odjedou. Za to ta jedna hvězdička. Vzhledem k tomu, že jsme potřebovali podlahu impregnovat, nechala jsem je podlahu přečistit a naimpregnovat. Podlaha byla na okrajích přece jen trochu znečištěná, ale nečistota by vyžadovala více úsilí, ruční zásah a jiný přístup, což ze sebe pánové nejsou ochotní vydat. Vystěhování nábytku z prostoru rychle, ale s velkou neochotou. Nastěhování zpátky se nekonalo, impregnace schne cca 1.5 hodiny a to už byli pánové někde jinde. Dnes, dva dny po impregnaci jsem čistila fleky z jídla na kameni v kuchyni a kámen saje, je promočený a neschne, jako kdyby impregnaci vůbec neprovedli. Již chápu, proč si účtují peníze v hotovosti.
