★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ústřední kontrolní a zkušební ústav zemědělský sídlí v překrásné vile Hatschkova, která je od roku 1988 nemovitou kulturní památkou. Volně stojící vilová stavba novobarokní architektury nepravidelného půdorysu realizovaná dle návrhu vídeňského architekta Arnolda Hatscheka v roce 1904. Leopold Bauer z podnětu dcery stavebníka Louisy Hatschek modernizoval interiér vily v roce 1930.
 The Central Agricultural Inspection and Testing Institute is housed in the beautiful Hatschkova Villa, which has been an immovable cultural monument since 1988. Free-standing villa building of Neo-Baroque architecture with an irregular floor plan, designed by the Viennese architect Arnold Hatschek in 1904. Leopold Bauer, at the instigation of the builder's daughter Louisa Hatschek, modernized the interior of the villa in 1930.
