The work was fast, but after a while we realized that all is not gold that glitters. The wooden door trim began to change colors arbitrarily (aggressive glue?) And the complaint was resolved by making a dead beetle for 7 months and claiming that the manufacturer was responsible for nothing and they did not. So for me rather not recommend.

The UL Kras company did a complete reconstruction of the apartment for us (change of layout, demolition of the old core, new bathroom, kitchen, etc.). The reconstruction was preceded by many meetings at their studio, where the designers designed the whole project with us down to the smallest detail. Everything was really very thoughtful, it worked and fit together. The designer, Miss Aneta Rosenbaum, came up with ideas that we would not have thought of at all. The kitchen designer, Mrs. Dita Žáková, was also very helpful and imaginative. It is really important to know that there are people working in the studio who understand the issue and have extensive experience. The reconstruction itself also went very well. Of course, there can be some complications when building such a scale, however, we were always informed immediately and the problem was solved very quickly. I especially appreciate the very professional and willing approach of the construction manager, Mr. Vodička, who always tried to solve everything quickly and efficiently. However, we were most surprised about the complaints. In the case of the claimed services, it often happens that there are some disagreements between the customer and the company, however, UL Kras always handled all complaints without any problems. All complaints were made to our satisfaction each time. The company's employees always repaired or replaced everything and were very helpful and professional, especially Mr. Vojtěchovský. After the reconstruction was completed, we had ordered built-in furniture. The carpenter, Mr. Gavenda, was very helpful and helped us with things beyond the scope of the order. He also deftly dealt with all the minor complications that occurred during assembly. Overall, we are really extremely satisfied with the company. It can be seen that they have been working in the field for a long time, and they also employ people who really understand their work and do it very well. In addition, all employees act very professionally and make the company a really good name.

We arranged a reconstruction for a month, so more precisely we wanted to make a calculation and know the date. Even after a month and a few urgings, if they already have a calculation for us, we didn't get anything from them. The owner was still making excuses "that he will send the calculation next week" and when the man told him that he had already told us the fourth week, he said that he was not interested in the reconstruction ... I would understand if he said straight away that they had the power to keep up. But this excuse and delay upset us. On the other hand, I'm glad that they "kicked off" right at the beginning and that we didn't go into reconstruction with them. So due to unprofessional behavior I really do NOT RECOMMEND.

Dealing with a potential customer when showing interest in the services offered was terrible.
