Update 2: Po roce, kdy jsem uzavřel jsem s firmou uzavřel Dohodu o nárovnání, mi stejně přišlo vyúčtování za poplatky a energie. Ihned jsem reagoval, že na základě uzavřené Dohody mezi námi ji beru jako bezpředmětnou. Dostala se mi odpověď, že to nemají opět v systému a že situaci zjistí a dostanu vyjádření. Po týdnu jsem stále nedostal žádné vyjádření. Je vidět, že ve společnosti se nejspíše nic nezměnilo a proto vracím svém hodnocení na 1 hvězdičku. Opravdu jsem doufal, že po tom všem, co jsem musel se společností "protrpět" tak už po více jak roce nebydlení v podnájmu od společnosti, nebudu muset nic řešit. Bohužel jsem se mýlil. Proto bydlení se strany podnájemce nedoporučuji, pokud chcete žít "bezstarostně". Update: Firma se mi na základě recenze ozvala. Vysvětlila nesrovnalosti, omluvila se a vyřešila, co šlo. Hodnotím tedy kladně. Měli nejspíše smůlu na zaměstance, kteří už zde nepracují. Opravdu oceňuji tedy jejich přístup problémy vyřešit a vysvětlit. Věřím, že z chyb se poučili a jejich služby budou lepší a lepší. Do budoucna bych tedy uvažoval znovu jejich služby využít. Ještě jednou bych tímto chtěl veřejně poděkovat Veronice Kaiser (zaměstnanec z Ideálního nájemce), která se mnou moji zkušenost řešila. Její přístup byl opravdu skvělý a bylo vidět, že tím strávila mnoho času, aby nastudovala celou naši situaci, vyvodila z ní závěr a odpověděla mi na všechny moje otázky. Za tohle opravdu moc dík! Firmu tedy nakonec hodnotím kladně. Původní recenze: Pronajmout si byt od této společnosti rozhodně nedoporučuji. Byt jsem od ní měl pronajatý necelé 2 roky. Každou věc, kterou jsem se společností řešil byl běh na dlouhou trať. Neustále mi chodily odpovědi jako “předávám na jiné oddělení”. Nikdy se nic nevyřešilo bez starostí a rychle. Spíše se věc nevyřešila. Dále byla například zajímavá situace, kdy se nám po roce bydlení zvýšil nájem a bylo řečeno, že o to zažádala majitelka. Po setkání s majitelkou jsme se dozvěděli, že o žádném navýšení neví. Klíče od sklepa, který jsme měli ve smlouvě jsme za necelé dva roky bydlení také nedostali, akorát spousta výmluv, proč to nejde. Také nám například chodily upomínky o nezaplacení “čehosi”. Nikdo mi nedokázal vysvětlit za co dlužná částka je, až po cca měsíci, kdy jsem si musel najmout právníka, který se jim ozval byla najednou situace během několika dní vyřešená. Proteklý strop od sousedů nebyl ani do vystěhování vyřešen (což bylo od incidentu 1 rok) Podání výpovědi z bytu nájmu se může se zdát jako jednoduchá věc, bohužel nebylo tomu tak. Jeden člověk mi tvrdil, že je vše v pořádku, druhý zase, že ne. A po dvou měsících, co běžela výpověď jsem se dozvěděl, že se “někde ztratila” jestli ji mohu poslat znovu. Vratnou jistotu jsme po 3 měsících od předání bytu stále nemáme. Dle recenzí je vidět, že je nás hodně, kdo má podobné zkušenosti, většinou i stejné. Jestli chcete žít bezstarostně doporučuji se společnosti vyhnout.
Update 2: After a year of concluding a leveling agreement with the company, I still received a bill for fees and energy. I immediately responded that, based on the agreement reached between us, I consider it irrelevant. I got the answer that they don't have it in the system again and that they will find out the situation and get an opinion. After a week, I still didn't get any comments. It can be seen that nothing has changed in the company, so I return my rating to 1 star. I really hoped that after everything I had to "suffer" with the company after more than a year of not living in a sublease from the company, I would not have to deal with anything. Unfortunately, I was wrong. Therefore, housing with subtenants do not recommend if you want to live "carefree." Update: The company contacted me based on the review. She explained the discrepancies, apologized, and resolved what was possible. So I evaluate it positively. They were probably unlucky for employees who no longer work here. So I really appreciate their approach to solving and explaining the problems. I believe that they have learned from mistakes and their services will be better and better. In the future, I would therefore consider using their services again. Once again, I would like to publicly thank Veronica Kaiser (employee from Ideal Tenant), who dealt with my experience with me. Her approach was really great and it was clear that she spent a lot of time studying our whole situation, drawing conclusions from it and answering all my questions. Thanks a lot for this! So in the end, I evaluate the company positively. Original review: I definitely do not recommend renting an apartment from this company. I rented the apartment from her for less than 2 years. Every thing I dealt with the company was a long run. I kept getting answers like "I'm passing on to another department". Nothing has ever been resolved without worries and quickly. Rather, the matter was not resolved. There was also an interesting situation, when our rent increased after a year of living and it was said that the owner asked for it. After meeting the owner, we learned that she did not know about any increase. We also didn't get the keys to the cellar, which we had in the contract, in less than two years of living, just a lot of excuses as to why it doesn't work. For example, we also received reminders about not paying "something". No one could explain to me what the amount owed was, until after about a month, when I had to hire a lawyer who contacted them, the situation was suddenly resolved within a few days. The leaked ceiling from the neighbors was not resolved until the eviction (which was 1 year since the incident) Applying for a rental apartment may seem like a simple matter, unfortunately it was not. One person told me everything was fine, the other said no. And after two months of resignation, I learned that she was "lost somewhere" if I could send her again. We still do not have a refundable security after 3 months from the handover of the apartment. According to the reviews, there are many of us who have similar experiences, mostly the same. If you want to live carefree, I recommend avoiding society.

Využila jsem služeb společnosti UlovDomov.cz a byla jsem mile překvapena rychlostí, jakou se mi podařilo pronajmout byt. Kontaktoval mě pan Tomáš Míček, přišel nafotit byt a v podstatě do týdne jsem měla nového nájemníka. Svou práci odvedl rachle a profesionálně.

I cannot get my deposit for renting of flat from agency. I moved out already 2 month ago and still didn’t get it back. Initially they said that they need to wait for bills to come which is understandable but 2 months has passed and I still have no news. They don’t answer me when they gonna return it. And I know lots of people have problems with them.

Hi everyone, I would like to add the review about this company. The first thing I want to mention is that I had the happy end with this company. I saw a lot of reviews that money for the security deposit wasn't returned for some reason. I was in the same situation and it wasn't good at all. In 2 months I received finally the security deposit as we left the apartment in a very good condition (we painted all the walls and cleaned the apartment before leaving it). I think everyone has some specific case with this company but in general it's not so bad. Big thanks to Vojtech Z., as I didn't have any issues with this guy. He was helping me a lot, especially with the documents for the immigration center. He was honest with me and that's why I didn't have any problems with my apartment. Points to improve, I would recommend to take a look at these points : 1. Please, be honest with your clients. Notify about any payments, underpayments in advance. It's better to include this thing in the contract. People won't have questions then. 2. Regarding the security deposit, please return the money the same day before getting the keys. It's very important for people, believe me. If you would like to grow as a good company. 3. Please don't ignore the emails and questions from the clients, especially regarding underpayment and security deposits. Thanks, Good luck.

I've had an excellent experience renting in Prague for a year, especially from an employee called Daniel Dubinsky. Responsive, professional and high level of English. They also don't scam deposits which is a common thing in Prague. On negatives, I had to pay 2 rents deposit + comission + rent of a month on moving date which was really inflexible and not everyone can do that, even though they allowed me to give the second rent deposit the next month. And a bit of an overcharge on moving out date for cleaning etc. I would use them again. 4/5
