★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've decided to change my rating from 4 to 1 as they no longer accept my loyalty card via an app that stores all my loyalty cards in picture format to obtain loyalty points. Every single store in czech at 2020 allows it. Funny enough they sent me 6 PLASTIC cards to share with my family in the mail.
I am now told I have have to carry a plastic card (bad for environment) around with me every time I want to buy something. Staff very unpleasant about it today. Not acceptable. Will shift my 200k kc spending per year to people who want my business! I will now voice my concern on Twitter and Facebook as well as seznam. Wake up unihobby, it's 2020 and not 1990s!
