I ordered on Monday, they said they might ship the same day. On Tuesday they call after lunch that they could not fit on the car. So let it stick in p .... What about want from the garage e-shop ... Hmm, quick response after 1/2 year. Probably as fast as their transport, .....

Uncritical customer service, I would not recommend it to anyone !!!

I have been shopping with my husband several times in the last 3 years and we are still very satisfied. One was a minor technical shortcoming, which was, however, immediately resolved at the expense of the e-shop. We especially appreciate the very wide offer at great prices. We regularly get special offers to email, which can sometimes bother a little, but often we chose at a great price and what we just do not need, so rather husband :) So for us thumbs up!

My order placed on September 28, 2020 (Monday !!) with the weekly (Thursday) truck did not start ... now on October 13, 2020 my package is in principle at the courier service (Express One) according to the company, I called the courier company and they no ... I guess not the courier company is lying !!! Based on what you have read, I am curious to see in what format and condition I will receive the package ... This attitude is amazing! Outrageous! If there are so many orders that my order placed on Monday will not be shipped with the weekly truck, why not ship to the destination countries several times a week ?? Something really not good here! I bought the Triton Super Jaws product and I am extremely satisfied, not only with the product, but also with the fast delivery and overall communication. Great deal for me.

The store received the money on the date of purchase (online payment). The cost of delivery by courier is about PLN 150 additionally. The store declares replies to emails within two hours. This is not true. I sent a dozen or so emails for a few days, until finally someone deigned to write back. The problem was with the parcel that was supposed to be posted, I even got a link and the order status in the store changed to shipped. Ultimately, the seller stated that the parcel will be delivered on May 12, 2022. This did not happen again, and since then the seller has completely failed to reply to emails, also sent from the store account. Contact with the carrier did not confirm receipt of the package addressed to me, so I suspect fraud. Therefore, I decided to report the matter to the law enforcement authorities. The store has a hotline with an area code for Warsaw, but no one knows Polish. Supposedly, you buy in a Polish store, but in fact you buy, or more precisely, pay for ghost goods in the Czech Republic. You can't give less than 1 star so I had to give it. In fact, the seller doesn't even deserve a 1 star !!! The goods were not delivered. At this point in time for me, it's just a scam.
