Terrible service, terrible behavior towards the customer. I'm surprised they still have customers with such behavior. In my life, I would not have anything to repair this service. The operator absolutely lacks respect for the customer. There was no display on my computer - it was backlit, but obviously the signal was not well transmitted. I brought the computer with the charger to this service with a request for the fastest diagnosis, because I had a diploma on it. After 3 weeks the computer was returned to me, saying it was a bad display, so they replaced me. But my old display wasn't able to show me, and they claimed to be ecologically disposed of. Plus, they didn't want to return my charger, which I brought with my computer. After half an hour of guesswork and my request to talk to their supervisor, they finally gave me another charger. In the next half hour I came home, turned on the computer, and unfortunately the display still didn't work. When I immediately took the computer back to this service, the operator, despite showing them that the display was not working and I had the computer with me for about an hour, refused their misconduct and blamed me. They claimed that I myself improperly manipulated the machine and tried to remove the display. After further guessing, they eventually kept the computer with them for re-diagnosis. After another 3 weeks, my computer was returned, saying that there was a problem on the motherboard and that the computer was basically "thrown". They returned my money and told me they installed my original display (yes, the one that was supposed to be ecologically disposed of!). When I took the computer to another service, they replaced my flex cable and I write this review from the computer "on the sack". Among other things, they told me in the second service that the computer was tampered with and that my display screws were scratched. So the Unicomp service damaged my computer and still had the audacity to blame me for doing it myself.

So that I don't have to break down the problem for a long time - it's basically the same thing as in the case of the second review with 1 * from Mrs. Jáčková, it's just not 3 years. ? Bad experience and pulling fusekli for your own earnings ..
