Kvůli Covidu mnoho lekcí odpadlo a lektorka to vyřešila tak, že můžeme tyto lekce nahradit v jiných skupinách, které jsou ale o úroveň jinde a také v jinou dobu. Já jsem jí slušně napsala, že jakožto žena, sama s dětmi nemám možnost chodit jiné dny, že bych tedy požadovala zpět peníze za neuskutečněnou službu a byla jsem odmítnuta s komentářem, že na každém Covid zanechal škody. Dále paní Lektorka dodala, že ona už dávno měla být u moře a taky nemůže. Takže jaksi srovnala mojí situaci a tím, že nemůže být na dovolené. Peníze nevrátila. Takže za mě odporné jednání. Mimochodem z jiných kroužků mi peníze bez problému vrátili. I am a mother with two children, alone. I signed up for an English course on Tuesday. Due to Covid, many lessons were dropped and the teacher solved it so that we can replace these lessons in other groups, which are a level elsewhere and also at a different time. I politely wrote to her that, as a woman, I did not have the opportunity to go on other days alone with the children, so that I would demand money back for non-service, and I was rejected, saying that he had left damage to every Covid. Furthermore, Mrs. Lektorka added that she should have been by the sea for a long time and she can't either. So she kind of compared my situation to the fact that she can't be on vacation. She didn't return the money. So disgusting behavior for me. By the way, they returned the money to me from other circles without any problems.
