★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den, Právě jsem byl na vaší pobočce ve Žďáře nad Sázavou a tamní pracovnice paní Součková se neumí chovat k zákazníkovi. Doporučuji tuto paní poslat na nějáký kurz komunikace s klientem, protože dlouho jsem nezažil takový vrchol arogance. Jestli jí to tam nebaví, tak ať jde pracovat jinam. Přišlo mi, že jí snad obtěžuju. Byla velice nepříjemná a to jsem na Vaši pobočku šel s tím, že si založím účet. Bohužel to nedopadlo a odcházel jsem akorát vytočený. Zkuste zaměstnat někoho milejšího, koho ta práce bude bavit. Tohle opravdu nemám zapotřebí. s pozdravem Patrik Horkel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ochotní a milí zaměstnanci, vždy jsme vše rychle vyřešili. Vždy nabídli kávu, nebo vodu, pokud vyřizování bylo na delší čas. K této pobočce nemám žádnou výtku.
Kind and helpful staff, we have always solved everything quickly. Always offer coffee or water if the handling has been for a longer time. I have no complaint about this branch.
