Dotaz na ustrednu zjistil ze moje karta vyprsela minuly mesic, ze pry mi byla poslana obycejnou postou nova a ze jsem na to byl upozornen SMSkou. Zadna nova mi nedosla, ani ta SMSka. Pry se mam obratit na postu! Pozadal jsem o nahradni kartu, ale za to chteli 200 Kc.! Dale jsem ani nemohl vybrat hotovost osobne, protoze prisla doba zavirani a chteli zacit pocitat penize, tak me vyhodili s pobocky! Neuveritelny pristup a chovani k zakaznikovi !! Neni to jedinecny pripad od dubna 2016. I wanted to withdraw cash out of honor. I received a message that this transaction is not possible and that I should contact my bank (Unicredit). A request to the control panel detected that my card had expired last month, that I was sent by a regular post and that I was notified by SMS. No one ever received me, not even the SMS. I should turn to the post! I asked for a replacement card, but they wanted 200 Kc.! Furthermore, I could not withdraw cash personally, because it was time to close and wanted to start counting money, so they fired me with branches! Incredible approach and behavior to the customer !! It's not a unique case since April 2016.

Banka naprosto neseriozni, extremni poplatky za jakoukoli hloupost, zamestnanci neprijemni (Hlavne mladsi pan, blond vlasy, vetsinou nosi hnusne bundy) S nejjednodussim problemem mi pomahali 2 hodiny!! Please do not notice the review by "Dave Dasek," this is a local branch employee (Benesov). The bank totally unreliable, extreme fees for any stupidity, the staff unacceptable (especially younger man, blonde hair, mostly wearing nasty jackets) With a single problem helped me 2 hours !!
W	Wolt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na pobočku jsem byl vyřídit jednoduchou věc.. převod peněz ( cizina) nemám s tím zkušenosti a bylo vidět že ani zaměstnanci této pobočky. Peřposlali mi e-mail ve kterém je vlastně napsané ze se převod nepovedl ... A druhá zkušenost, když si matka chtěla vzít půjčku dle financí vše v pořádku ale půjčku nedostala jelikož neprošla systémem... když se ptala jaký to má důvod paní ji nebyla schopna říct. Jít na tuto pobočku něco řešit je opravdu radost ... At the branch I was dealing with a simple thing. I have no experience with the transfer of money (abroad) and it was seen by the employees of this branch. They sent me an e-mail in which it is actually written from the transfer failed ... And the second experience, when the mother wanted to take a loan by finance everything ok but the loan did not go through the system ... when she asked what the reason for her lady she was unable to say. Going to this branch to solve something is really a pleasure ...
