 Friendly and professional approach. Everything was duly explained to me and I was provided with answers to all my questions concerning the civil law area in the dispute with the insurance company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrofa. Tuto pobocku jiz vicekrat nenavstivim, dokud tam bude soucasne obsazeni personalu. Ve dverich mi reknou at prijdu za 15 minut a nedockala jsem se prijeti ani po hodine a pul. Takto se chovat ke klientum mi neprijde v soucasne dobe zrovna profesionalni. Kdyby rekli hned, ze nemaji cas, tak jedu jinam!!!!!
Catastrophe. I will not visit this branch again, as long as it is currently staffed. They tell me at the door that I will arrive in 15 minutes and I did not get to it even after an hour and a half. It doesn't seem like a professional to me to treat my clients like that at the moment. If they said right away that they didn't have time, they were going elsewhere !!!!!
