★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personál vstřícný a ochotný...jen ten system je jak ve středověku...nahlásil jsem rodné číslo..paní volala na dvě místa..aby zjistila číslo mojí smlouvy..aby jsme mohli jednat. Tím pádem jsem tam byl zbytečně o 10min déle. Počítače tam mají opravdu k ničemu..když nemají přístup do svých databází.
The staff are helpful and helpful ... only the system is like in the Middle Ages ... I reported my birth number..will called two places..to find out the number of my contract..to we could act. So I was there unnecessarily 10 minutes longer. Computers there are really useless ... when they don't have access to their databases.

They have perfect access to their customers. There was no problem with handling the insurance claim, no waiting. When I buy a new car, I will definitely insure it with them. ???????????
