★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na pobočce ve Svitavách evidentně nikdo nepracuje, jiná otevírací doba na stránkách, jiná na pobočce. Člověk tam jde několikrát za týden něco vyřídit a nikde nikdo.
Obviously no one works at the branch in Svitavy, different opening hours on the website, different at the branch. You go there several times a week to do something and no one anywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po dlouhé době ve styku s úřady jsem byl velmi nespokojen s přístupem pracovnice pojišťovny uniqua ve Svitavách. Po mem vstupu do kanceláře si mě zpočátku moc nevšimala ,posléze na můj dotaz zda mě může zrušit penzijní pojištění, mě poslala na pobočku v Brně. Když jsem jí vysvětlil že jejich přístup k zákazníkům, díky ,kterým ona má zaměstnaní i v důchodu si nenechám pro sebe mě sdělila pobočku v Litomyšli. Tam jsem si domluvil schůzku a vše jsme vyřídil během 5.minut.
Přístup zaměstnankyně pobočky ve Svitavách byl opravdu zarážející. S takovou osobou se doufám už na úřadech nepotká a nikomu tuto pobočku nedoporučuji.
After a long time in contact with the authorities, I was very dissatisfied with the approach of an employee of the uniqua insurance company in Svitavy. After entering the office, she didn't notice me much at first, then when I asked if she could cancel my pension insurance, she sent me to the branch in Brno. When I explained to her that I would not keep their approach to customers, thanks to which she has employees and in retirement, she told me the branch in Litomyšl. I made an appointment there and we took care of everything within 5 minutes.
The approach of the employee of the branch in Svitavy was really striking. I hope he will never meet such a person at the authorities and I do not recommend this branch to anyone.
