They always quickly arrange what we need, always travel insurance - often on the day of departure. We also dealt with the insured event and without any problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skvělý. Mám pojištění UNIQA ISIC. Byla jsem na 2 pobočkách a personál byl všude velice vstřícný... Přijela jsem z Taiwanu a všechny doklady jsem měla v čínštině, pouze par řádku byly napsané anglicky. Nic jsem nepřekládala.
I kdyžtak, dnes jsem dostala zprávu že mi UNIQA kryje 90% nákladů.
Toto je velmi příjemně. Děkuji za skvělou práci.
Great. I have UNIQA ISIC insurance. I was at 2 branches and the staff was very helpful everywhere ... I came from Taiwan and I had all the documents in Chinese, only a few lines were written in English. I didn't translate anything.
Although, today I received a message that UNIQA covers 90% of my costs.
This is very nice. Thank you for the great work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was there today around 11.15 am, but unfortunately very difficult to enter the building as at least 5 members of staff were having a smoke outside and blocking the door. Once I got inside there was one woman who didn't speak English, so I left and had to get past the smokers blocking the door again. Not the best advertisement for an insurance company.
