★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Koupil jsem nový byt v Brně - oblast Sadová a kvalita provedení společných prostor a bytu jako takového je velmi špatná. Zatíká za nové venkovní omítky, společné prostory jsou sfušované - důraz na detail nulový. Dveře do garáží už po roce vůbec nelícují, klika uvolněná. Použitá nejlevnější keramika na podlahách 30x30cm. Dveře do bytu dřou, sotva jdou zavřít. V bytovém domě není řešené odhlučnění. Slyšíte co si soused vedle povídá, zesílíte mírně hudbu, zvoní na Vás soused. Je tam vidět vše honem na rychlo a vše za nízkou cenu. Stavbám Unistavu se doporučuji vyhýbat!
 I bought a new apartment in Brno - Sadová area and the quality of the common areas and the apartment as such is very poor. It coats the new exterior plaster, the common areas are draped - the emphasis on detail is zero. After a year, the garage door does not fit at all, the handle relaxed. Used cheapest ceramics on floors 30x30cm. The door to the apartment is cracking, barely closing. There is no soundproofing in the apartment building. You hear what the neighbor next door is talking, you amplify the music slightly, the neighbor rings you. You can see everything there in a hurry and everything at a low price. I recommend avoiding Unistava buildings!
