O	Ondřej Lorenc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Žaluzie fungují i vypadají dobře nicméně s dodávkou a montáží jsme byli velmi nespokojeni… Na konci dubna jsme byli na konzultaci, kde nám bylo řečeno, že dodání je do 4. týdnů od zaměření. Zaměření proběhlo 3.5 s tím, že možná bude problém s držákem žaluzií a že je třeba odzkoušet. 14 dní se nic nedělo. Poté jsem volal kdy přijdou vyzkoušet držák, přišel technik držák přimontoval a 19.5 jsme podepsali smlouvu o dílo. Poté se opět nic nedělo tak jsem znovu volal a dozvěděl se, že zálohovou fakturu poslali na špatný mail a tak ani na začátku června žaluzie stále nejsou objednány. Chyba se napravila, ihned jsem fakturu zaplatil a doufal v brzkou montáž. Koncem června byla konečně po dvou měsících domluvena montáž. Přišli technici, namontovali část žaluzií s tím že mají špatné kliky ovládání a tak to nedodělají… Na ovládání se opět čekalo cca 14 dní a tak finální montáž + předání díla proběhlo po cca 10 týdnech místo slibovaných 4 týdnů… The blinds work and look good, however, we were very dissatisfied with the delivery and installation… At the end of April, we were at a consultation, where we were told that the delivery is within 4 weeks of focus. The focus was 3.5, with the possibility that there may be a problem with the blind holder and that it needs to be tested. Nothing happened for 14 days. Then I called when they come to try the holder, a technician came to mount the holder and on May 19 we signed a contract for work. Then nothing happened again, so I called again and learned that the advance invoice had been sent to the wrong e-mail, so even at the beginning of June, the blinds were still not ordered. The error was corrected, I immediately paid the invoice and hoped for an early assembly. At the end of June, assembly was finally arranged after two months. Technicians came, installed part of the blinds with the fact that they have bad control handles and so they do not finish it… The control was again waited for about 14 days and so the final assembly + handover of the work took place after about 10 weeks instead of the promised 4 weeks…
