Y	YURII KOZLIUK on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ По приезду предоставляют другую работу(не встречал тех кто приехал и попал на ту работу на которую ехал).Зарплата меняется как и кураторы,с каждым куратором она все меньше и меньше.Мало того что визу они умудряются делать не на 90 дней,а на 76,по приезду сидишь дней 10,а потом уменьшая зарплату и хамским отношением вынуждают все бросить и уехать.Я отработал 235 часов за которые получил 17500 крон. Выплата последней з/п на карту которую они после вашего отъезда не закрывают и по возвращению в Чехию вас будет ждать сюрприз с долгом в банке за обслуживание карты ! Не рекомендую! Не порядочные сотрудники включая директора! The agents are terrible, the attitude is boorish, they promise one salary, but in fact you work at the minimum salary for 86 kr without additional payments! Сказать :" Едьте в Украину , у нас работы нету" за три недели до окончания визы - для них пыль! Своевременной помощи в любых вопросах от них не ждите ! DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM !!! The RFP does not correspond to the original agreement! To say: "Go to Ukraine, we have no work" three weeks before the end of the visa - dust for them! Do not expect timely help in any matters from them!

Když jsme něco potřebovali na ubytovně, nikdo nic neřešil. Nakonec si vlastně ani nikdo nepamatoval, že jsme něco řešit chtěli. Nikdo nic nevěděl, proto vše byla naše chyba a při odchodu bez poslední výplaty. Totál! Exactly if you want to be robbed, then to uniworks. I have never experienced such an approach. The right hand does not know what the left does. When we needed something in the hostel, no one solved anything. In the end, no one even remembered that we wanted to solve something. Nobody knew anything, so everything was our fault and when leaving without the last paycheck. Total!

Мотивували тим що не здали їм кімнату або ленолеум порвали, який був порваний до заїзду.Абсурд . Обходьте стороною. І не вірте їм. На фото видно шар бруду . Постійно є люди, які прибирають чи допомагають у житлових питаннях. Праця на заводі залежить від вашого бажання та вміння співпрацювати. Роботу надають достойну. I was in the Czech Republic for the first time and cooperated with this company. People are understanding, responsible, executive. I recommend. Housing in good conditions. There are always people who clean or help with housing issues. Working in a factory depends on your desire and ability to cooperate. Decent work is provided.

Так, ми приїхали працювати на один завод, а по факту працювали на іншому, тому що на той момент завод не брав людей. Але ж нам надали такі самі умови, як і обіцяли: проживання безкоштовне, страхока VZP, яка покриває усі витрати, зп була трохи нижча, ніж в інших агентурах, але виплачувалася завжди вчасно, також платять премії , лікарняні. Так, платять на карточку платіжної системи, але ж не проблема відкрити самостійно картку в будь-якому банку, як я і зробила. В Польщі всі відкривають картки самостійно. І так, остання зп приходить тобі на картку, коли ти вже в Україні. Але все вчасно.Не подобаються проценти - відкривайте картку самостійно. Також дуже великий плюс, що у разі необхідності, відвозять автівкою до лікаря, до поліції, коли під час карантину треба було. В інших агентурах такого бонусу немає, всі вирішують свої нагальні питання самостійно, своїм ходом та за свій рахунок. І ще, були випадки звільнення людей з роботи, але ж в більшості випадків звільняють заводи, в зв'язку з нестачею праці, інколи звільняє і штрафує агентура, але ж тільки за великі косяки саміх робітників. Ми мали більше проблем з агентурою в Україні на етапі оформлення документів. Рекомендую цю агентуру, порядна фірма. We worked with my husband for this agency for 2 years, there were no problems. Yes, they pay on the card of the payment system, but it is not a problem to open the card yourself in any bank, as I did. In Poland, everyone opens their cards on their own. And yes, the last salary comes to your card when you are already in Ukraine. But everything is on time. I don't like interest - open the card yourself. It is also a big plus that, if necessary, they are taken by car to the doctor, to the police, when it was necessary during the quarantine. There is no such bonus in other agencies, everyone solves their urgent issues on their own, on their own and at their own expense. And still, there were cases of dismissal of people from work, but in most cases factories are dismissed, in connection with lack of work, sometimes the agency dismisses and fines, but only for big jambs of workers. We had more problems with the agency in Ukraine at the paperwork stage. I recommend this agency, a decent company.
