Jetli chcete stravenky jako benefit a ne jako problém, tak se poohlédněte jinde. Bunch of incompetent amateurs, the transition to cashless payments absolutely failed. They are not even able to upload money to the right account. If you want meal vouchers as a benefit and not as a problem, look elsewhere.

They block cards even if there is a mistake on their portals (no contactless payment or pin payment) and still make people stupid (they don't make sure they really have a problem at the store and think it's your fault).

(To taky nechapu, ani banka neni zavreno) Proto poslu stravenky s postou vic nez 100tis ve 23.10.2020. Uz je datum 13.11.2020 jeste nemam penize. Volal jsem dneska zakaznici servis, pan rikal ze splatnosti datum 30.11.2020. Skoro celkem jeden a pul mesic budeme pockat penize!!! Na pandemii mame slaby prace, potrebujeme hotove na najem, na zamestnanci... Jestli mate zavreno pobocky, muzete pomahat na rychlost ne? Edenred poslal do 3dni, Sodexo poslal do 5dni. UP poslal do jeden a pul mesic. Jestli chcete muzeme zaplatit vic procent!!! Nejste pratelska firma pro restauraci!!!! The worst company in CR. In a pandemic, it does not help the partner at all. Due to an emergency, the branch closed. (I don't understand that either, the bank is not closed either) That's why I'll send meal vouchers with a post more than 100,000 on October 23, 2020. Na vašem webu stojí informace, že máte zavřeno z důvodu nařízení vlády, přitom sodexu a edenredu to vláda povolila ?? Ti mají totiž otevřeno. You are constantly offering some help, but it would simply be enough if you had an open branch and paid me your coupons on time. There is information on your website that you are closed due to a government order, while sodex and edenred have been allowed by the government ?? They are open.
