★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Favorite place for coffee, lunch or dinner in Trutnov. It has a very nice roof terrace, lots of seats also, good selection of food, beverages and desserts. Always very busy and crowded. Friendly and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was horribly dry. I had the turkey strips,, my friend had the fish. Seemed like both were warmed up in the microwave a couple or times and it was still not hot. I didnnt eat even half my food because it was a struggle to cut and bite through. My friend did surgery on her fish trying to find a good piece.
We were sitting at a table against a wall, the wall had old grease and coffee spots on it. Just dirty.
It looked so good to start with but this was a horribke experience.
The waiter did speak English so that's a plus
Minus they had English menus. First thing I asked was if they speak English and we still didn't get the english menu ?
It's more expensive than other places and it's not even good. NEVER AGAIN

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So.. we've been there twice in a row. First time was amazing as the service and food were exquisite. Second time however is where the rating drops. Young lady was chatting with some friend at the desk, we weren't able to order anything in that time. I went directly to her to ask for English breakfast (2 portions) her arrogant answer about breakfast serving time ending at 10am (it was 9:55) made us leave immediately. What a shame. Would have been 5* for the first day and 0 for the second. Pick a better staff.
