I	IvyStory on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst delivery service ever, amazon should use other courier. Incorrect address while other carrier can reach my address without any problem. They let me go and pick up at their centre which has such a long line and they even can't find my parcel.
T	Thomas LaRocca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total lack of business sense. It's quite comical. I was only on the hook for a couple of t-shirts from Finland. I can't imagine what I would have done if it was something more vital. Anyhow, brutal... Absolutely brutal service. If you live in the Czech Republic where there is no real UPS service but just a bunch of poorly motivated contractors running your deliveries, go look elsewhere. Dear UPS Brno, you're fired!

(not their fault as I found out when I called them - this information is provided by the seller for some reason) So they were unable to deliver my package and marked my address as incomplete, when I try to complete it they want InfoNotice which I don't have because they did not send me anything. This is not first time they are delivering something to me from Amazon to this same exact address from same exact account. Combined with how the delivery needs to have two attempts as the first one I get a ticket that I was not present, while being entire day home and waiting for it. Incredible.
E	Edward Grice on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UPS advised the package could not be delivered due to incorrect address. Address data was correct. This has happened multiple times. My address and name are both clearly indicated on the building. This is still happening, they are still advising incorrect address and delivered my package to a completely different address. After a month and a half when they finally delivered the package it was damaged.
T	Tereza Lobotková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had only horrible experience with UPS every single time I ordered something through them. They don't even bother actually coming and instead, you get an e-mail that you weren't home and they'll try again tomorrow (which is impossible, since I literally took a day off at work just to be able to pick the package up, so I've been waiting for it literally all day) - the next day, same thing, so they send it back to the sender which is obviously frustrating. When I tried calling their customer service number literally minutes after getting the e-mail that I wasn't home, they told me it's impossible to try to deliver it again after the second try and I'll have to come to their location the next day to pick it up or they'll just send it back, absolutely no will to compromise and they still insisted that if the tracking service says I wasn't home it must be true. I'm usually understanding, but I've never seen any company this unwilling to help a paying customer, especially if the problem was caused by them in the first place. Never ordering through them again!
M	Miloš on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time UPS is delivering something, it's late, you can't reach them, they don't even try reaching you so you end up waiting 5x more than you were supposed to. This is the worst courier service that I've experienced.
F	Filip Hicl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst delivery company I ever seen. Nobody will getr you information when the packet will be delivered. You can see it only at tracking application on UPS website and there is written "at the end of the day". What is end of day? Midnight? Their couriers are not able to call that they will deliver you your packet. I thought that Czech post is horrible, but this is worst. I tried change delivery date on UPS whole week, bud not succesfully. Many time problem with webpage, then it wasn't allowed because.......don't know why. After call to UPC help center i've get information that my oreder is at depo but I can not take it, because it is sealed. 30 min later my package was not at the same depo. This is absolutely horrible system. I have paid it and i can not take it. Never again!!! NEVER! One start is enought, Better should be no star!
V	Victor Gold on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Message from amazon "Unfortunately, UPS ran into an issue when attempting your delivery. They will try again." Unfortunately UPS at the Czech Republic is one big issue. While staying at home they can not deliver the package. Nobody calls, nobody rings. They just run into issues and nothing happens. How you can provide such pathetic service with such a big brand name is beyond my mind. Happens like on 70% on packages I get from Amazon.
