T	Tereza Pospíšilová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byla jsem žádat o rodičovský příspěvek, a s takovou arogancí a neochotou jsem se snad nikdy nesetkala. Potřebovala jsem se žádostí poradit, a paní to otravovalo. Otrávená byla již ve chvíli, kdy podle občanky zjistila, že jsem u nich ještě o nic nežádala a tudíž mě nemá v počítači. Neporadila, urážela a nakonec jsem odešla neobsloužena. Raději žádost podám na podatelnu, paní na přepážce č.2 tam sedí úplně k ničemu. Když člověka práce nebaví, neměl by ji dělat. I was asking for parental leave, and I had probably never encountered such arrogance and reluctance. I needed advice with the request, and the lady was annoyed. She was annoyed when, according to the citizen, she found out that I hadn't asked for anything from them yet, so she didn't have me on my computer. She didn't advise, insulted, and eventually I left unattended. I'd rather submit the application to the registry office, the lady at the counter No. 2 is sitting there completely useless. When a person does not enjoy work, he should not do it.
T	Tygr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dlouhé čekání (cca hodina) se tam kouká na nějaký pořady a když jsem byl už konečně vyvolaný tak tam byli dva pánové a byli velmi vstřícní pomohli mi vyplnit papír všechno zařídili The long wait (about an hour) is watching some shows there and when I was finally called, there were two gentlemen and they were very helpful and helped me fill out the paper.
T	Tereza Haiderová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Úřad práce no... Když narazíte na příjemnou úředníci je to fajn. Jinak mě hned při příchodu 15minut před zavíračkou naštvala pani co tam dělá ostrahu. Řekla mi, co tam dělám a ať jdu pryč, že mne nikdo nevezme: "nashledanou" a poukázala na výtahy. Řekla jsem jí, že s tímhle přístupem daleko nedojde, že to jdu prostě zkusit, ještě si něco mumlala pro sebe, já si vytiskla číslo a okamžitě mě vzali do kanceláře a i těch 15minut před zavíračkou zaregistrovali. Office work well ... When you come across nice officials it's nice. Otherwise, as soon as I arrived 15 minutes before closing time, I was upset by the lady who is doing security there. She told me what I was doing there and let me go, that no one would take me: "goodbye" and pointed to the elevators. I told her that with this approach it would not go far, that I was just going to try it, she was mumbling something to herself, I printed out the number and they immediately took me to the office and even registered those 15 minutes before closing time.

Po cestě k příslušné přepážce jsem narazila na moc milé zaměstnance, kteří mi poradili kam jít a jaký si vzít formulář. Šla jsem s kočárkem a našel se vždy někdo ochotný mi podržet/otevřít dveře. Nakonec jsem žádost vyřizovala na přepážce č.6, kde byla úžasná paní, která se mnou během pár chvil vše vyřídila a ještě mi formulář pomohla vyplnit. Jelikož jsem tam byla na 8h byla jsem hned na řadě ?. Všehovšudy jsem zde strávila 15min a bylo vše hotové. Většinou s úřady nemám nejlepší zkušenosti, ale dnes to byla opravdu zářná vyjímka … je to opravdu o lidech ?. Děkuji
M	Michaela Arnoštová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neskutečné množství lidí, ve středu, úřední den, když jsem přišla ve 14.25, tak už nedávali čekací čísla. Automat na čísla byl zalepen cedulí s nápisem ,,STOP STAV" a u automatu stáli dva pracovníci Security. Poslali mne domů s tím, že mám přijít jindy, protože je uvnitř budovy tolik čekajících lidí, že do 17h se v žádném případě nemám šanci dostat na řadu. Ale že je to tady tak každý den. Stejným způsobem, jako mne, vyháněli i další příchozí lidi. Nechápu tento způsob fungování úřadu !!! Děs, běs !!! Jít sem je opravdu za trest, rozhodně nedoporučuji... An incredible number of people, on Wednesday, the official day, when I arrived at 14.25, no longer gave up the waiting numbers. The number machine was sealed with a "STOP STATUS" sign and two Security staff were standing by the machine. They sent me home saying I should come another time because there were so many people waiting inside the building that I would never have a chance to get to But that it's here every day, in the same way as me, they drove out other people, I don't understand this way the office works !!!

And if you have a Czech speaker to translate on the phone for you, they hardly accept to talk to the person on the phone. Or to put your phone on speker and them to talk in such a way that the person on the phone can hear them and translate for you. They say you need to speak Czech or to come with a translator in person, not on the phone. Though it's the same thing, they are maybe afraid of being recorded? No idea.
